Hi, I'm Chris.
At 22 I joined Nottinghamshire Police, thinking it would be my career for life. Over 10 years on the frontline, I found a passion for coaching while tutoring new officers.
Two years into the job, I had my daughter, and juggling work, family, and my health became a constant struggle. My health deteriorated, I’d have spells of going to the gym every day and then not going for weeks. I was eating rubbish food at work and at home to get through.
When I looked for help, most online coaches and PTs focused on getting people “ripped” or “photoshoot ready.” That wasn’t what I needed. I just wanted to slim down a little, feel good in myself and be healthy.
As my daughter grew, I began prioritising my health and later discovered Behaviour Change Coaching. Seeing the impact it had on others, I decided to become the kind of coach I wish I’d had at 24. The coach who helps guys get in great shape, but without complicated plans or ridiculous workouts.
I create simple, effective strategies tailored to each client’s needs, helping them understand their behaviours and triggers to stay on track.
There are no stock plan or diets. Just the support you need, when you need it.

There are no stock workout plans or rigid rules to follow.
Instead, we’ll create a plan that’s fully tailored to you. If there’s something you enjoy, or a routine or commitment you want to keep, we’ll work around it.
The focus here is long-term health, both physical and mental. You won’t just hit your health goals; you’ll develop a sustainable lifestyle that helps you maintain them. You’ll feel great and enjoy the journey along the way.
Because if it’s not enjoyable, it’s not going to last—and that’s what matters most
No, you don’t need one.
If you have a gym membership and enjoy going, we’ll incorporate that into your programme. If not, we can explore alternatives – whether it’s at home, outdoors, or even in a hotel room – these can be just as effective.
Everyone is different, but I recommend at least one hour of structured exercise per week. You can break this into 20 or 30 minute sessions to fit your schedule.
If you can commit more time, you’ll see faster results, but hitting the gym for an hour every day isn’t necessary to make real progress.
Staying generally active is just as important as dedicated exercise, and we’ll integrate this into your daily life.
I coach my clients remotely, and while I do use my bespoke app, it’s incredibly user-friendly. If you’re comfortable using apps like WhatsApp or social media on your phone, you’ll have no trouble navigating it.
We’ll only focus on the parts of the app that are relevant to your programme, keeping everything as simple and straightforward as possible.
I don’t provide generic plans or exercise routines. Every weekly goal is customised specifically to you, taking into account factors like injuries or health conditions.
While injuries or health concerns might slow your progress, they don’t have to stop it. There’s always something you can do to keep moving closer to your goals.
